If Loyal Challanger loses his printed duel, and then loses the conflict, you still lose the 1 honor. You shouldn't lose anything because his text is blanked.

Most likely a duplicate of #3512.

Loyal challenger's honor gain/loss is not being removed when he is blanked, rather than the duel not blanking his text.
