Node-Sass not installing on Chromebook

Expected Behavior

npm install should work

Current Behavior

npm install doesn't work because node-sass won't install

Possible Solution

Change default implementation option for sass-loader to sass

1. npm i

New react version uses 'sass' instead of node-sass. Closing this.
