The license is still unclear. The COPYING file says LGPLv3 with exceptions, and the source code says LGPLv3+.

Fedora review are blocked on this issue.

Since compiler can use shared lib these exception seem to be unless in more i do not know if is LGPL compatible

The COPYING file should say 3+, i'm not sure what to do what to do with the "temporary" exceptions.

e59cacc updates the COPYING file to 3 and up.

Should the source files mention the exceptions?

hi,
after a long discuss with reviewer, sources files should have at least contain 1 line where said "some exceptions exist please read COPYING file"
