Video and audio not transmitted

Hi, I am using jitsi_meet flutter plugin with example: https://github.com/gunschu/jitsi_meet/blob/master/example/lib/main.dart

I can connect to meeting and see others participants. I can even chat with them. But no video or audio is transmitted. What could be the problem?

We'll need more information to help you... Do you see your own video ? Do you have unchecked the "Audio Only" and "Audio Muted" checkboxes ? If you download the Jitsi Meet official application, does it work ?

Yes even I am facing the same issue I have connected two android devices, cannot hear from the any device and the audio is muted even though I have unmuted the audio button a million times video works fine on both devices. Jitsi official app is working fine on both devices. Checked with multiple devices same issue. Resolve this ASAP

Could you send us more data, like the logs maybe ?

Everything is normal in logs. Have you guys tested in android devices in real time recently? I could not find the solution anywhere!

I'm working with this plugin since a week or two, using two Android devices and encountering no issue... I'm using it on my own server and not meet.jit.si but that shouldn't change anything for that kind of bug

Hey Found the problem..Call recording apps were the reason. If any of the devices are having call recording apps then the audio gets muted..SOLVED THE ISSUE by turning off the call recording app/Uninstall it then there will be NO ISSUES . But Team kindly, look into the issue why it's happening!

Thanks for sharing the solution with us, now we should check if that issue belong to Jitsi Meet SDK or to this plugin, and try to find if it's easy to fix it
