I didnt reinstall python 3.7.2 but i installed MS build tools 2019 and now every step is working but only one package is showing error i.e; blis ERROR: Failed building wheel for blis

@PawanPujary1105 i think you have a problem in pip module in python. Once try deleting the pip folder from C:\Users\soham\AppData\Local\pip and reinstall Python. |
I uninstalled python and pip as u said now the first error occurs. |
