It's in the format.pl example but not the actual implementation it seems

Scryer Prolog provides it in library(format): https://github.com/mthom/scryer-prolog/blob/4ee6a7bfb828474cbcab51695f24b120b1e35314/src/lib/format.pl#L508

As building block, I suggest the nonterminal portray_clause_//1.
