Tiled supports this. LITIEngine currently does not.

Implement support for backgroundcolor for a map
d49e60e 
Introduce a new ColorHelper class that takes care of encoding and decoding Color instances to String and vice versa.
These methods are now used anywhere in the engine where this previously happened manually.

Implement unit tests to ensure the behavior.
Deactivate console logging for some unit tests.
