merge.csv is the merging of four data sets.normalize.csv is batch corrected data. normalize.R and WGCNA.zip are scripts for batch correction and weighted gene co-expression network analysis, respectively. vae.zip are variational autocoder model script VAE and data. The result in the model is the low-dimensional feature after data processing.
