Add Badges to the README.rst

Nowadays, every project have Badges on their README.

Must have badges:

• Waffe.io https://waffle.io/gutomaia/gutomaia.github.com
• Travis-ci
• coveralls
• pypi pip version
• pypi downloads

Is there a specific column you want the Waffle badge to count tasks in? I took a look at the NodeNES project's readme and it looks like you have that one pulling from "Ready". Would you like that here as well?

Also, all of the documentation I can find regarding the pypi "Downloads" badge appears to be outdated. At this point it looks like they no longer offer "total downloads" Just monthly, weekly, and daily. Would you like the badge to display the monthly downloads?

• For waffle, add the "Ready" column.
