when will sparkling-water 3.46.0.1 be released?

Issue description

h2o 3.46 was released a month ago. https://github.com/h2oai/sparkling-water/blob/master/doc/CHANGELOG.rst says that sparkling-water v3.46.0.1-1 was released on 2024-03-21, but there is no git tag or maven artifact for the release. I'm unable to upgrade h20 in my app until a corresponding version of sparkling-water is released due to the version consistency check
