Date range picker component

Feature

• User can select a range of dates.
• Highlighted date range should be colored.
• First selected date and last selected date should be colored.
• Good to have features navigate between years and months, Go to today.

The proposed component differs from the existing single date selection component.

Will be added once Fluent provides support. Tracked in microsoft/fluentui#14175.

For anyone needing this now, use 2 datepickers (from, to) as a workaround.

is this (or another ticket for this purpose) addressed by Microsoft? If yes, it'd be nice to add the date range feature to Wave's ui.date_picker()
