Thanks @tjwudi!

I'm not entirely sure what the best place is for a question like this, since it encompasses numerous concepts - HTTP chunking could fit into the network section, client-side rendering of XHR-fetched data could fall under JS, and we probably have enough questions already to break out into a new performance-oriented section.

Thoughts @darcyclarke @arthurvr?

Not sure eighter. I am okay with having it in js or http for now, as there does not seem to be a better place for it at the moment.
