New image instead of change image

You won't change images very often I guess. The most common thing to do is probably to upload the first images. Why not make the entire box for the image clickable initially to upload an image and then add the change button when an Image has been uploaded?

Perhaps we can use icons, like + when adding an image and refresh when replacing the old one?

Yeah, a big plus icon would be great!

The initial design spec had an image button on each image (frame), to edit add/edit images. However, a big plus icon in the middle of each frame when creating a new collage + an edit button when images have been added should work fine! The button for removing images is perhaps redundant?
