Licensing is inconsistent #8

The licensing for the project is inconsistent:

the GitHub informational sidebar for the repository indicates an MIT license
the pub.dev page for the project indicates an MIT license
the LICENSE file contains MIT license text
the README file indicates an AGPL license

Presumably the intent is for the project to fall under the MIT license, but it would be helpful to have this clarified.
