Page not found returns HTTP Response 200 #282

Couple things here:

Make page not found more clear for user (currently just a tiny 404 in the top left corner)
Visiting a page that doesn't exist (nawc.now.sh/lol) returns a http response code of 200, when it should be 404. Not good for search indexing
