Latest version of Google survey script is done. Initial review was done with Bonnie and changes were made based on the initial review. Next step, need to review it one more time and make one more round of changes/edits.

• we made some text changes to the script
• need calendly link (just a reminder)
• need spreadsheet with names of people we are interviewing (see 0.2)
• prior to 0.2 we need their name auto added.
• 1.2 need to define recently
• preferences: time zone
• add numbers in front of the likert scale and then add the number 2 into the instructions below
• on section 2.2 questions is there a reason not to use the scale option

• We edited section 2.2 to include the questions, please do the same for 3.2
• Add copying the scale into the chat for 4.3, you need an easy way to copy it
