Overview

Research Plan template: See Issue: github.com/hackforla/UI-UX/issues/120

Create guide on how to set up a board of advisors- Examples will be: Youth Justice Navigator and BallotNav
Process will be complete when we accomplish building the board of advisors

Action Items

  • Develop list of potential board members
  • Understand motivations for why someone would want to serve on an advisory board
  • Develop interview questions and conduct interviews with potential board members
  • Provide guidance to the team on what kind of presentation is needed to give to a potential board member

Resources/Instructions

UX Researcher/ Designer to develop format for guide and determine best process for collecting and presenting research

Moving to prioritized backlog, as this will be worked on closer towards the end of the Board of Advisors research.
