Overview

We need to make an inventory for this project so we understand what assistance this project needs and what examples of effective processes or practices this team might have.

Action Items

  • Check the project for the items on the check list below
  • Mark off the items when you find it and include the links where available
  • Provide comments on what you find in the issue and also highlight when they have a great example so we can use it for the organization

Progress: Reviewing the status of each item. Found out the following:
On the Readme file, there's a existing one but need some updates:
Link to 100 automations One Sheet is not working and it looks that there's already an
available PDF we can use. However, it doesn't link directly to a PDF, instead it links to an
issue on the PDF.
Blocks: Nothing so far, just need more time to finish checking one by one. I didn'd include the URLs to each link yet.
Availability: Sat and Monday after 1pm PT.
ETA: I estimate I'd finish the first verification by Tuesday, next week. Then, we may need to check whether some items from the list need to be created.

@henlatourrette once you do this part in the top of this issue

Collect Marketing Assets
Create new issue using this template: Collect Marketing Assets for [INSERT PROJECT NAME]
Copy the link for the issue into the parentheses above

Then you will paste the link to the press release
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Rr3ueR6lTIAwcDGrEqyS0HJVIjmqlGRaldrcMkCMcGA/edit
into the new issue you just created.

Also put a note on this 100 Automations issue
100Automations/Website#55
where we created the press release.

Indicating if there is a change made (a new draft in a new page url) to update the marketing checklist

Progress: Added all the links available by now. Except for a few that need to ask for some clarifications.

Blockers: As for the Storypoints, I need to clarify with the Product team whether there's a Google Sheets/Google Docs version of the story points written on the Miro board - or are they already detailed on the User Journey document?

Availability: Up to 3 hours by the coming week.

ETA: Ongoing according to the progress of the project. A few items may still be pending to be developed.
