Steps and materials needed for user testing round 2.

Action Items

  • 3 - Recruitment
    • Participants
      • Outreach Email
        • Phase 1 : [March 16 - 22] within contacts provided by LADOT
        • Phase 2: [April ?] outside of LADOT's provided contacts - PENDING APPROVAL
          • Double check with LADOT if it is alright in stakeholder meeting
          • Draft outreach message (refer to paragraph here)
      • Interview Invitation: sent on March 22nd
      • Interview Scheduling: plan to start on March 24th
    • UXR volunteers (PENDING for phase 2)
      • Interest Form
      • Training Invitation
        • FOR BONNIE: spread the word on Slack (PENDING as of the week of 03/21)

Participant recruitment phase 1 status as of 03/29/2022:

  • According to MailChimp report: 186 successful deliveries
    • 95 opened the email
    • 25 clicked the links inside email
  • Responses from user survey:
    • 12 submitted -> 11 expressed interest in doing interview
      • 7 new participants
      • 4 recurring participants from user testing 1
  • Scheduling interviews from interested participants:
    • 11 invited participants
      • 8 accepted interviews
