I checked it out, it doesn't seem to be a scam, but something for the anti piracy list. But still waiting for feedback from colleagues.

This seems to be from #1116
I have commented out that entry. However, I will say that the file hosting website they use is filled with scam ads.

Will whitelist: falls under piracy and not scam. Original reporter probably clicked on an ad on one of the third-party download links.
