Update current master target (1.5) to be 2.0

1.5 has grown into a massive update (https://github.com/hakimel/reveal.js/wiki/Changelog), so much that I think it deserves to be the 2.0 release. Let's update all current references from 1.5r# to 2.0r1.

Release will be once the multiplex server (#98) is integrated, script loading/init code in index.html has been cleaned up and the entire feature set has had enough time to stabilize.

Okay, awesome! I have a few more ideas that I'd like to get in for 2.0 (more themes, 2D compat with more browsers). I'll try to submit a pull request today.

[edit: #106 is where I'm pushing my themes to, as well as some theme modifications and some other stuff I want to be in 2.0]

Closing this, version # references have been changed to 2.0. Releasing 2.0 is a separate task.
