How can I help with the workbox v5 release?

OSS is hard to maintain as it is secondary to real life and real job and is often thankless work (consumer devs like me making demands)! So I couldn't help but notice it's been a while since the last release and wanted to gladly offer any help necessary to get the workbox V5 release going.

I see that master is running V5 workbox already, but if there is anything else needing testing, code change, etc to get this "TBD" release going (I am assuming the next-offline release will be 5.x), please let me know!

Workbox v5 comes with some great improvements, so am anxious to get that working with this plugin.

@jflayhart If you're interested, this plugin could use a lot of help on the general testing front as well as better "development mode" functionality.

I don't personally have time to work on either, but would love a PR that helps with either of these
