I managed to build it but when it runs like this ...

And when I build it to file.jar the result is like this ...

Please build your demo program in a jar and include the link for me to download ...

Looks like your plugin project is not build correctly. How to you start the demo? Did you try ./gradlew test or ./gradlew bootRun ever?
