Copy the smart contract into a file under the contracts directory in Remix.
Save the file (Ctrl or Command + s) to compile the smart contract, or you can also go to the second tab on the left and manually click the blue button "Compile *.sol", you should see a popup at the bottom of the browser after a few seconds.
Go to the third tab on the left and deploy the smart contract.
There are 2 scenarios to play with:
- Register as a new user
- Mint a house to a user
