license question

The license footer at this page, https://llava-vl.github.io/ indicates that the code is non-commerical use only. But the license https://github.com/haotian-liu/LLaVA/blob/main/LICENSE is Apache 2.0. Why is it different? Can I use this repo to replicate this https://llava-vl.github.io/ and use commerically?

The dataset is CC BY NC 4.0 (allowing only non-commercial use) and models trained using the dataset should not be used outside of research purposes.
