Version 7.0.0 has been released in npm, but no corresponding release with a change log is available here.

We don't always write the manual changelog for all milestones. Usually we do it only when there are lots of impact on userland. That's something we're looking into automating though. In the meantime you can search for the specific milestone you're after and take a look at the related PRs and issues: https://github.com/hapijs/inert/milestone/41?closed=1. In your case the breaking changes are that we dropped node@12 and hapi@19 support.
