This is to remove the use of ebiten-imgui as the menu interface in favor of ebitenui in order to remove the additional dependency on gcc that imgui has when developing on Windows. This should greatly simplify the ability for anyone to be able to quickly and easily clone and run raycaster-go-demo without too much hassle.
