When calling for NMTv2 translation engine and when refreshing the station list, via redux a proper waiting icon is required
A timeout of 1 minute in NMTv2 and TTS is required so that user don't need to wait infinitely.
To address this issue and during the failure of ASR systems, we will use the cache system of our app.
