MISP Diagnositics page has been nagging about this for a while:
"Please note that the support for Python versions below 3.6 and below PHP 7.2 has been dropped as of 2020-01-01 and are henceforth considered unsupported. More info: PHP, Python."
Both PHP + Python versions are still officially supported by their projects, but PHP 7.2 will be EOL before this years end.

I see there are still caveats with MISP on Ubuntu 20.04 (eg. MISP/MISP#6557, MISP/MISP#6279, MISP/MISP#6284). I'll guess those issues has to be handled before thinking of upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04
