This pull request changes the following:
backup-uploaderis buggy as outline here: Charts[Root Container]: Update bind mounts for individual directories under hgcapp #745backup-uploaderimage is available only for amd64. As a result user is unable to deploy the chart inmicrok8s clusteroraarch64 linux vmWe shall enable it later once the correct image is available as tracked here: #747
