Modifies the handwritten config for
google_storage_transfer_jobresource to add thecredentials_secretfield in theazure_blob_storage_data_sourceblock.Note the
credentials_secretfield is in preview, so the change will only be present in the beta providerFixes: hashicorp/terraform-provider-google#16263
