Terraform should ignore hidden files

Terraform sometimes errors with, e.g.,

Error loading config: Error reading /Users/rhenrichs/work/example/.#example.tf: open /Users/rhenrichs/work/example/.#example.tf: no such file or directory

which is referring to an emacs temp file. Terraform should not try to read such files.

This is easy enough to work around but would be nice to have. 😄
