Grafana unable to load pluggins

Problem/Motivation

all of a sudden , grafana stops loading plugins reliably , only 1 out of 10 times starts ok .
it makes it unusable .

the main error on the logs is 👍
Failed downloading. Will retry once.
Error: ✗ Corrupt http response from source. Please try again.

it seams to be a known issue recently , apparently solved .

installing ayoungprogrammer-finance-datasource @ 1.0.0
from url: https://grafana.com/api/plugins/ayoungprogrammer-finance-datasource/versions/1.0.0/download
into: /var/lib/grafana/plugins

This has been fixed in Grafana 5.2.4, which will be included in the next release of the add-on.
