... removing "Overview" from the list of plugins, making the FAQ / User Guide more central and making it easy to switch between user guide and associated plugins to Developers and developer plugins.

Many thanks to Cojan van Ballegooijen for the ideas and inspiration for these changes!

@cvanball came up with an interesting observation on IRC:

Found one minor issue tab "Users Guide" is not selected when selecting left navbar option like Camel et all

I went backwards and forwards on that one & tried a few variations. Initially I made "User Guide" select if you picked somehting on the left nav bar; then when I added "Developer" mode, I tried the same; but its a bit confusing though; since navigating to the "User Guide" home page or the "Developer "home page is different from navigating to one of the user / developer plugin pages.

Then I tried adding a "Plugin" nav bar item to show the selection if you picked a left hand nav bar item - either in developer or user mode - but that turned out to be confusing (e.g. where does the Plugin go - before or after the Developer section and should it move depending on which mode you're in etc).

After trying various approaches, I figured having a selection in either the left hand nav bar or the top nav bar was the most intuitive; though if anyone can figure out a neater approach I'm all ears?

Sorry for the observation, thinking about it 9 out of 10 persons will use the users guide only but maybe I'm wrong. The "developer" mode use will be limited. My current idea is to have a global setting to enable/disable developer mode, initially disabled. Will first check in more detail the current layout.

Wonder if maybe we can leave it in place when the app is built with -pwatch but avoid loading the dev help when built as a war. That'd be a good setup, as the dev help is most relevant when your running in dev mode
