Being able to filter labels when selecting them

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

Currently, the label drop-down it is not searchable. It is a pain to search and select a label when there are a lot of them.

What is the solution you are proposing?

Being able to filter the list for a given input, similar to what I am currently using in Notion:

What alternatives have you considered?

An alternative could be to press a key and the list would jump to the labels starting by said key.
For example, if I press R, the drop-down would show the first label starting with R.

Something similar was suggested on #394, but the request itself was different.
