The PHP Community is growing fast since it introduced PHP 7 and its new features. Currently PHP 7.4 is stable and a lot more features have been added whiles the pending PHP 8 is under developement waiting to be released in future.
With my little experience I have had, it seems developers who have worked with previous versions of the language and have years of experience are very okay moving to the new versions and creating libraries and packages that are advanced and also following deep OOP and software engineering principles like SOLID Principles and so on.
Although there are lots of introductory materials and youtube video tutorials out there, a brilliant one is phptherightway.com by Josh Lockhart (creator of the Slim PHP Framework) and Phil Sturgeon, some guidelines are still missing for the very new and fresh programmers.
This is what I see to be a problem because when beginners of the language start and all they see is difficult to understand and work with, they will be forced to move to other programming languages.
For me I think PHP is good and a great language for beginners. With my little skills in teaching I would want to bridge this gap between advanced PHP developers and beginners.
I will be a leader of the heart-of-php beginners and today we are starting a heart beat for PHP.
This is my little contribution to the community. Whether it is recognized or not, It is something I personally want to achieve. Any body who wants to help can do so.
--- We are proud beginners ---

PHP has that beginner-bug and I am glad you are looking to exploit and fix this challenge. Kindly release the first prototype so I can tackle it with the shoshin mindset.
I cannot wait for the first framework release to test with a pet project idea
