NOTE Tnis upgrade is required to avoid the blockchain from stalling once
it sees an oracle price report.

Please stop your node instance, pull, make and make release, run
migrations and start it up again.

If you seen an error in building enacl, please remove the
_build/default/lib/enacl folder and build again.
