Does #135 help to explain how to avoid this issue using 12.2? Do you have a 12.2 based system that does not suffer from the issue described in this ticket? (I suspect the issue in this ticket has to do with the Qt packages, but I am not sure.)

This is not an issue in 12.1 based builds such as 0.4.0 nor in experimental 13.0 based builds.
Possibly the issue goes away once we can switch from http://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:12:amd64/release_2/ to http://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:12:amd64/release_3/. (We could try this by building a 12.2 based build and latest packages.)

This issue seems to be present only in the combination FreeBSD 12.2 with release_2 packages.
FreeBSD 12.2 with quarterly packages does not seem to suffer from this. For now we are hence using quarterly.
