这种情况可能是是aria2版本太低了，输入aria2c -v查看下版本是否低于v1.18.4，如果低于此版本，请直接使用http://IP:6800/jsonrpc 作为RPC地址。

你下载的BT还是http，如果BT没速度是正常现象，换一个HTTP链接试试。
