根目录显示不全，会漏掉一个目录 #35

我这边的环境，根目录显示的时候，有一个目录没能显示出来
类似
http://xxx.com/ 时显示不全
http://xxx.com/index.php?dir= 时则正常
我这边PHP解释器的问题？

但是因为要用一下，所以稍微看了下，并且改了下代码，暂时全都可以正常显示了。
由于没有开发环境，具体原因没有深究
但是感觉是$i的问题，声明的有点唐突，然后函数也用，大循环也用。

下面是我改的代码（10+年未接触PHP，如有错误还请包涵）
