A simple expandable card with a specific style for sidebars.

Notes: Can't easily use the Animate component for the expand/collapse animation as height calculation needs to be done with JS, and not CSS alone.

Might need to create a Collapsible component.

Note: Collapsible component should provide lifecycle hooks, similar to Portal's onBeforeClose, onClose, etc…
