BUG: No feature to redirect to homepage from settings page

What happened?

When a user comes to setting page, navbar is not shown due to which user will not be able to navigate back and hence has to go back using browser's navigation .
@hereisSwapnil kindly assign me this issue .

**Solution **
Navbar should be shown in settings page also for better user experience .
