Port passed to pg:pull is ignored #357

Since Friday whenever I run

PGPORT=5433 heroku pg:pull ...

I get

createdb: could not connect to database template1: could not connect to server: Connection refused
	Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting
	TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
could not connect to server: Connection refused
	Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting
	TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

I have postgres running on port 5433 not 5432 so obviously the connection is refused.
