1. sign up travis with github account
2. install Ruby
3. in cmd console
- check travis version in gem: gem search travis (e.g. the current version is 1.8.8)
- install travis: gem install travis -v 1.8.8 --no-rdoc --no-ri
- travis login, give the github user name and password
- go to the repository directory (e.g. C:\Projects\201X RailApp\DoSim\source\RailView)
- upload github release: travis setup releases

If ready for release for a specific version:
1. Commit (WITHOUT PUSH!)
2. In Eclipse-team-advanced, set tag and push
or
2. Put with tag in cmd
- git tag -a v0.9 -m "message for this version"
- git push origin v0.9
