Use image-data lib to pull in biomes data

• Add biomes files to repo
• Create general io util file for reading image-data file data from the resources dir
  • Allow for any planet
  • Allow for any type of planetary data
  • Allow for any size/resolution of planetary data
• Create a planet module
• Create a biomes source file
• Add support for ilunao biomes data (colors, tiny map, and regular map)
