  1. 通过 K8s API 判断目标集群所支持的 Ingress resource 版本
  2. v1beta1 下只支持为 K8s Service 配置路由，不支持其他服务来源
  3. v1beta1 下前端界面不允许创建服务来源，需提示用户当前 K8s 版本不支持

v1beta1 下只支持为 K8s Service 配置路由，不支持其他服务来源
v1beta1 下前端界面不允许创建服务来源，需提示用户当前 K8s 版本不支持

是不是要做到 v1beta1下也能支持其他服务来源？

这样就可以在低版本（v1.17）的k8s版本下使用前台了吗？那这样支持eureka等注册中心的服务发现吗？

@lcfang 可以考虑支持，不过你们的K8s没有升级计划吗。1.17可能还会遇到其他坑
