Weekly database report

Management would like a weekly report of newly created bots each week and emailed to reporting@hippware.com.

The report is a list of bots created each week, and includes the following fields:

o Owner [1]
o Bot title
o Time of bot creation
o Address
o Latitude
o Longitude
o Visibility [2]
o Subscriber count
o Image count
o Note [3]

[1] Include the owner handle. If convenient, also include the owner (first and last) name

[2] Instead of raw numeric values, please return as a human friendly string ie. 'Friends' or 'Friends (20)'

[3] This is a bit ambiguous. For now, just return the description field.

Please include the date range in the report.

The report should be in CSV format. Please remember to include double quotes for string values so commas within ie. bot title and description are handled correctly.
