I'm starting a pull request to implement Allsky, and wanted to use P/PLANCK/HFI143 for testing, because we have it in hips-extra (see b75c1d0 ) and it has a JPEG and FITS version.

But then when I tried to test fetching it from CDS I noticed that http://alasky.u-strasbg.fr/PLANCK/HFI143/ says

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /PLANCK/HFI143/ on this server.

@tboch - Is it possible to make P/PLANCK/HFI143 fully public, i.e. to change the configuration on the CDS data server? If no, I would suggest we remove this as an example dataset in hips-extra, and only use fully open HiPS for testing.

This is just a reminder issue for when you get back from vacation.
For now I'll simply use another HiPS for testing ...

IRAC4 is another example dataset we have in hips-extra, but I get "access forbidden" at CDS:

@tboch pointed out via email that those HiPS are publicly accessible, e.g. these files:

Probably it's just that no index.html exists for those, this gives me an access denied:

For IRAC4 it's the same.

These files are there:

It's just this one that isn't (or it's not publicly visible):
