Just a work in progress. cc @zone117x

What isn't done yet:

  • actually running the signer
  • setting up 3 signers (1 for each stacker)
  • configuring the signer as an event listener in the stacks node

To run the signer, run stacks-signer run --config=/root/config.toml.in --reward-cycle 1.
