As requested by various users on Discord and Twitter upon seeing that their transactions have taken too long for them to be useful or relevant anymore (e.g. when they have tried to participate in an NFT minting and they suspect that the opportunity has passed while their transaction has been pending).

We've gotten more requests for this in the past week as network congestion has increased during the influx of BNS activity.
